Job Description:

As a Project Manager at Gapwaves you will lead one of our development teams and together with them run research and product development. The number of projects and the scope varies over time but typically up to three different projects are handled in parallel per team. Our projects are often customer specific and you as project manager are the main interface with the customers.  

As a project manager you will drive the planning and execution of projects together with your team. You will also be responsible for the communication and interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.  

Gapwaves’ customers, that you will work closely towards, include some of the world’s most innovative and successful tech and automotive companies, spread around the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Project team management
• Project planning and execution
• Project business case development and follow-up
• Customer interface and relationship development
• Take part in improving ways of working to maximize customer value

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working within R&D and product development
• Minimum a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical engineer or equivalent
• Proven track record of successful Project Management within product development
• Fluent in English, verbally and in writing
• Experience of project management and product development within Automotive
• Experience of RF / Microwave / Electronics is preferable
• Experience of production processes and industrialization is preferable

You shall have good communication skills, ability to prioritize and focus on key areas and generate energy and motivate your team and peers.
